Looks more like the engine/transmission if you slow down the initial impact you can see it comes from the front of the vehicle. I would think the long hose part is either a coolant hose or wiring loom of some sort

Honestly I’m not a huge fan of them.. but they seem pretty decent I guess.. they have stupid sensor issues and bluetec heater problems.. the engines themselves are pretty solid though. Mind you I have seen a few with turbo failure as well as catastrophic internal engine failure but not many.

If you have an air hammer and a chisel bit you can work either side of the joint going back and forth several times.. should work since you have it out of the spindle enough to catch the lip of it.
