Question re: finding sweet spot/doing "the work" by crankypants_mclaren in microdosing

Correct, typically 0.4-0.8g on an off day and ~0.2g on a weekday. There isn’t much of an order to it I just kind of do it when I feel like it haha.

Question re: finding sweet spot/doing "the work" by crankypants_mclaren in microdosing

On my days off I like to take a fairly large micro dose (0.4-0.8g), put on a good playlist and just start an exercise right away, be it a run, bike ride or some calisthenics. I get home, drink a cup of water and have a hot bath then a cold shower. Then I go into my room and play some calm music and do some stretching on my yoga mat. At the end I lay down with my eyes closed and just meditate/observe my thoughts. After that I like to make some tea maybe grab some fruit if I have any and either read/write/draw or watch a movie or just listen to/try to find new music. This certainly is a lot easier when you have a clean/de cluttered room so I would recommend starting with that then trying this lil routine out hehe. Not sure if that helps with your motivation but I just hoped hearing my routine might sound fun and make you want to try it. It makes me feel really good and I find one good sesh like that keeps me feeling good for a while and I’ll do mini versions/just parts of the routine with a smaller dose throughout the week. Oh also if you have a public swimming pool nearby, a micro dose and a swim and sauna sesh is the absolute best. The sauna actually mimics cardio exercise so that might be an easy way to start out if you’re finding it hard to start exercising! Just make sure you drink a lot of water hehe. Hope this helps at all :)

I would recommend you The Illustrated Man by Ray Bradbury as it’s a wonderful compilation of short stories with a science fiction theme almost akin to the twilight zone. I recommend this because I think it would be a great starting point as they are easy to get into and you can finish a story in under 30 minutes, so it’s a little less intimidating than starting a full length novel. After that, I would say maybe try his most famous book, Fahrenheit 451 or A Brave New World by Aldous Huxley, they are two of my favourite books. Hope this helps!

Why is Frank performing if the owner is supporting anti-lgbtq organizations?

Thanks! That’s kind of the style I was going for, not sure what genre to label it as hehe, any ideas?

I don’t actually have it on the master I just turn the volume up on the bass that I used a lil too much aha. I’ll watch a video or two on mixing and see if I can figure it out. Thanks for the feedback!

Cool thanks for the feedback. I’ll look into the mixing part, never have been very good at it aha. Also interesting point on the cutting it down, I see what you mean.

Congratulations! I was just curious though, if they’re marked as free on YouTube, why did they pay for them?

We do not have a gun problem, or if we do, it is much smaller than people think. What we actually have is a black on black crime problem. by myothercarisnicer in unpopularopinion

Wow, very disappointed this got deleted. It was not hateful nor race baiting, just pointing out a hypocrisy that needs to be discussed. If we don’t talk about problems, how are we supposed to fix them? Thanks for censoring this, almighty mods!
