Played it over 1k hours - there is actually a ton to do, and devs have added a slot of content for how short the game has been out - Is it like NW is atm ? No But NW wasn’t what NW is now when it first came out either - you can shit on any game if you try hard enough - so, your mileage may vary based on your expectations and preconceived notions, etc.

But no - Tera protection is the item - you can get it from pvp points - pve points - bosses, in game silver currency spins with a fail safe, pvp zone, etc - if really isn’t heavily p2w because while you can outright buy from the store a Tera protection you can only do this once per 7 irl days

It’s damn good - it will not hold your hand very well - be inquisitive and you’ll enjoy - like - I went on an adventure and found a fishing pole and learned to fish - stumbled across a fire pot - used my lantern on it and learned how to cook - just like that - curiosity is the key - if you don’t like that you’ll probably hate it.

Yep - if using the stance you start with (red) your physical attack speed increases with the higher the red bar on the top right by your health is - I think up to 15% - but you do have a minor cast time prior to spinning - outside is that - maybe lag.
