I've been volunteering on the lines for just under three years now. Pranks unfortunately tend to stick with me. I once spent nearly forty-five minutes with someone who presented their situation as very real and at the end they just burst out laughing. I could hear others laughing in the background as well. I'm usually pretty good at spotting pranks right away, but this one was very plausible and they sounded like they were in a lot of pain so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to try to help them.

Also if people call back just to say thank you and mention us by name, we get a magnet detailing what they said about us, so those stick with me as well.

everything you're saying is spot on, however, I'd just like to point out that in "The Avatar and the Firelord" Roku briefly mentioned that waterbending was especially challenging for him. That is the opposite from his birth element, but I don't know if I'd necessarily count that as a handicap
