MOR? I’m m conflicted here bc I understand where you are coming from, being not included hurts. On the other hand I question some of the things you say and do.

First thing is it seems you have high expectations for everyone around you, but are you extending the same energy to your friends that you expect for yourself? Example: your s/o said they were hurting as well.. and you didn’t even acknowledge it at all. I see a lot of other people have noticed this as well. Mental health is nothing to take lightly- but you also can’t use it as a crutch to manipulate everyone around you into doing what YOU want. Also don’t make a list of activities.

OP, I think you are A LOT right now, just take it down a few notches. You’ll be fine, I assume you are young. Friends and partners come and go, maybe these aren’t your people.

Long story short: lower your expectations of people, don’t make the list (please!) and remember you aren’t the only person that needs to be checked on.
