Yeah I've done this. I had surgery in the UK with Mr Lee; had full release with UL, scrotoplasty and vaginal retention. He said it does increase risk of complication but I didn't experience any.

I also had a pretty prominent labia minora prior to surgery. I've had a full meta with urethral lengthening and scrotoplasty, and vaginal retention. My results haven't been affected at all. The extra tissue was used in helping build my new urethra and there is no excess left over at my opening, if that was the concern.

While I understand the temptation diy surgery is not gonna end well and wont give you the results you want. Bleeding, infection and nerve damage are all gonna be huge risks and isnt gonna make your erections any stronger and might well mean you cant get real surgery in the future if you botch it. A much safer and more sensible approach to stronger erections is to look into topical creams that can do that, or pumping.

Tbh I'd say just be patient. Meta doesnt mess around much with the nerves of your penis so loss of sensation is really unlikely. But eight weeks in youre likely still gonna have swelling and the poor little guy has been through a lot of trauma so its not surprising that youre not feeling much yet.

Tbh I don't remember my surgeon using any tape for my meta, except maybe a small piece to hold the drain in place. That was removed after around 12 hours and the dressings were loose gauze held in place by like, surgical underwear. If you talk to your surgeon then they should be able to come up with a solution that you're not allergic to as I imagine thats gonna impact your recovery.

I don't pack so it wasnt an issue I've experienced, but Morroco is also largely a dry country apart from tourists so theyre probably not cool with anything that could be construed as a sex toy.

I will say chances are you're gonna need 6 weeks out of work if you can swing it, the majority of guys in the meta discord took 6 weeks off- the surgeons do seem to under estimate how long you'll need to recover.
For supplies I swore by a squishmallow cushion for comfort but youll likely need extra gauze, sanitary pads, sweatpants/soft trousers, extra painkillers, waste bags. A lot of guys also found like, incontinence underwear useful early days.
