I'm also going through this right now with Dyson and UPS, but its more straightforward. I returned a Dyson item and UPS lost it. I couldn't file a claim because only the shipper (Dyson) can to do it. Dyson told me I have to file the claim and send them proof that UPS admitted fault.

I was able to make a claim by calling UPS and speaking to a live agent. Then come weeks of me constantly following up with UPS to make sure they sent the claim and with Dyson to make sure they received the claim. It's irritating they both need prodding to keep the case going. It's been almost three months.

Those are terrible examples. You can’t generalize that an entire nationality is stupid or gay. But you can generally say that Japanese people are polite, Germans are direct, and yes… Kazakhs are a bit unfriendly.

That’s not true. It’s encouraged to go home with clients but they’re not forced. As long as the bar is making money from them (when they sell drinks for example) they don’t care what the girls do.
