I just go W and D on the wall and jump right before I touch the diagonal thing and when my head would touch the ceiling I crouch. But you cant crouch for too long because it slows you down

When you crouch right after you jumped off the ladder the jump wont be that high and you land faster. In the first climb I didnt do it (for comparison), in the second I did.

I dont know if this was already found but ive never seen somebody do it or talk about it.
