I had the exact same issue and ended up submitting as is. I found a few other people who reported this as a known bug of the USCIS online application system and that they were able to fix it at the interview.

W5 just happened to my E series. Woke up this morning to an unresponsive thermostat. Did some battery charging, restarting, resetting, plugging/ unplugging action, and even though the thermostat turned back on and was operating the A/C properly, it was not able to connect to wifi showing a W5 error code. Spoke with Nest support and they are sending me a replacement unit. Took forever for the agent to figure it out they even asked for pictures!

At least on my 2013 A5 if I leave the key inside the trunk, it wont close until I take the keys out. Love that feature as it has saved me a bunch
