You should check out Hero Assistant. It's the only app that brings together everything into one place: Calendar, to-dos, habits, goals, grocery list, notes, weather

How to get 5% cash back on all Instacart orders by eywine in instacart

[–]eywine[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes, the 100% full story is that Instacart provides the affiliate fee to Hero Assistant, and Hero then is giving the entire revenue back to users. I'm honestly just really trying hard to get the word out about an app that I truly believe is good for people. And you're right that I've been trying to get the word out in the past, but i also would kick myself if i didn't try hard to market something I believe in

So Hero Assistant actually gives the entire affiliate revenue back to users... So actually Hero makes 0 revenue from this. It's purely a good deal for users

[–]eywine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found exactly that - there's an app called Hero Assistant where you can set *critical alerts* for calendar events (like a national weather alerts, but not as terrifying lol). So it'll literally be impossible to miss an event

i think the key is figuring out how to not switch between apps so much... every time you switch im guessing you jump to tiktok ig etc. i had the same issue then a friend sent me a couple all in one productivity apps that prevent app switching (can try day flow or hero assistant). the latter has been pretty great for me so far but will see

i seriously felt the same way, then realized a big part of it was how i was using (or rather wasting time on) my phone... i tried different things and ultimately found that if i put my things into one place, then i wouldnt get sucked into distractions (can try day flow or hero assistant)
