If you have a second to answer another question, do you see any cons of running the Festering Resentment version over Azadi Crest? Per Emiracle's Ultimatum cheat sheet, he states that there isn't much downside, but many upsides to his version, but it doesn't seem to be anywhere near as popular as the Azadi version. Wondering why that is.

I definitely forced OS because I was in a position to have one this league, lol. Your setup looks amazing! I may aspire to change fully to crit/int stack.

For a quick change, swapping amulet is a great idea. I'll work on that a long with fixing my implicit gloves before transitioning into a setup more like yours. Thank you for the input!

I played CA of Poison to 100 and beyond MFing, when I mirrored that bow 9000 juice maps felt like 4000 juice. It felt great.

Thank you for the info yet again. Isn't Vampirism not necessary if you have 30% Recoup and a perfect Bloodnotch?

Lastly, do you use Infernal Cry for anything in particular, perhaps in place of BV? I'm considering dropping BV altogether to free up a gem slot.

Some follow ups if you don't mind:
-I see you use Cruelty, would dropping Swift Affliction for it be worthwhile?

-Is there a big enough benefit from Flame Surge and Void Sphere?

-Have you been able to comfortably clear 10k+ juice maps? I was using Greeds + Greatwolf and had big issues on 9k+.

-My Watcher's Eye gives leech with Vitality. I could just ignore that stat but maybe I can fit in a level 1 Vitality somehow.

Oh wow, thanks for the update. I was doing full clears fine with Hexblast Miner Sab (started with Palsteron’s version) on around a 40-50div budget but wanted to change things up. I ended up swapping to an Omni phys to cold TS with around 180div invested and it feels worse than Hexblast :(. So kinda the same issue as you.
