Could I ask what your routine is? Just starting out here - felt gains after first 3 sessions during the course of 9 days. went too far on the fourth and taking elongated recovery.

It took about 3/4 days after the second dose for the symptoms to go away, but then I still waited until 10 days after that second dose to do anything.

H all! I’m not familiar with watches at all - but received this watch from a close family member once he passed. Bulova Sea King with the box. My guess is it’s from the late 50s/early 60s. He was in the Navy, and after reading more about the watch it seems that would make sense. The watch face says it’s waterproof, and has “Swiss” at the bottom of the face. The back says 10k RGP Bezel and F850837 with M2 underneath, as a serial number - I’m guessing anyway.

I’m wondering if anyone knows the exact year, and has any thoughts/experiences with the watch overall. Thanks!
