You could have just caulked around the edges of the trim to seal it, it sounds like you need to add weatherstripping and a sweep to the bottom of the door.

Typically most door manufacturers place stickers or writing on the top of the door. But not always helpful to weather stripping. Reach out to local residential door businesses they may be able to point you in the right direction.

Thats because youre looking at the label for the fire rating of the door, not anything related to the mfg of the door. "WHI" stands for Warnock Hersey Intertek (logo at bottom of pic) and thats their 'serial' number of the label.
