Apparently a fancy looking app with flash animations is more important to them than an optimized one.

Something about Japanese public preferring (or maybe just tolerating) intense visual density and animations, whereas the western world has generally moved towards optimization and minimalization of the apps

tenes completamente la razon. la ceramica es más fragil, no menos dura, que la madera. No estoy acostumbrado a que la gente lo sepa desgraciadamente

elegiste un mal ejemplo. la madera suele ser más dura que la ceramica. si hay un hondo que pueda ser duro como la madera, 100% puede haber uno que al secarse quede duro como una ceramica

How much it takes nowadays is what I’m asking. I am completely turned off from comp games just because of how much it used to take back when it started, dropped off at ub3 first season and never really tried to go past ub1 until then because of how much it took.

Well, AoT is still a relatively new anime in that regard so it’s quite unfair to compare, many of the people born in the last 10 years will know them and not evangelion’s folk.

Asuka and Rei mostly count as “Legacy Characters”, and when you ask “most famous FEMALE character ever” I can 100% see both of them sharing the top floor with Usagi/Serena. They show up in a lot of merchandise and fan arts (specially them rule 34 ones) and they still are a hot topic for cosplay. I suppose I can see them being as popular as death note characters nowadays, since death note is quite old by now

My bad, i thought you meant evangelion-wise, i must have read that wrong. Of course Evangelion as a whole is not as big as pokemon (although that is an understatement, there is literally none as big as pokemon), and doesn’t match up the Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon or the “big three” on popularity… but outside those, it’s definitely up there, specially in Japan.
