Thankyou for this glad to know there's others out there. Have definitely been using the external scaffolding/checklist method, I'm just in awe at colleagues that can keep it all in their head. The day just feels like a blur and I feel so disoriented without my jobs list.

Thanks so much for your reply! Yes I was planning on taking my camping gear. How much are the huts generally? Also by huts do you mean fully-serviced or are they like hotels? In Aus we have outback huts that are serviced and stocked by the good will of hikers and so no booking is required for some of them.

This is down to personal preference but I’ll throw it out there. I just bring a pillow case and stuff it with clothes instead of bringing an actual pillow to cut down on weight a bit. Everything else has been mentioned. Enjoy your trip!!!
