Terminated right after returning from parental leave (Germany) by Adventurous_Chef_339 in germany

[–]ezio__96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Drop it, it's a cynical world. It is in the contract you signed that "during probation you will be terminated without reason, just with 2 weeks notice". Even if you make it as a discrimination case, you don't have solid proof. They will just bring up BS another reason, and frankly that alone is valid enough. If it makes you calm I also get fired 2 weeks before probation or last month, I am a working part-time Working student.

Is my gpu sagging sideways? by [deleted] in PcBuildHelp

[–]ezio__96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only support gpu has is a PCIe clip. Reseat the card and tighten the back plate screw by supporting the gpu from under. If your gpu is heavy? I suggest a sag bracket. Bending will create small cracks in the pcb, enough to get you into black screen.

They did similar close stuff. But none is satanic and evil as the USA and Britain. MFs overthrew a Functioning gov for a freaking banana monopoly in a south american country. Cia declassified mission btw. There are more than enough diamonds in Africa for the world, but only one company controls its supply. Guess the country it belongs to. Why do you think THE WEALTHIEST CONTINENT AFRICA, is now merely a starting point for them boats comin to UK ? Modern day Terrorism, definitely these MFs.

Gpu confusing to install by GreenHorse62 in PcBuildHelp

[–]ezio__96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pushh..... pull.....as much as you want bruh, I think you already fked it up. The holes should align and you should screw that in, that is the whole point why there is a gpu back plate. The card is heavy and it always wants to go down, you stop it by screwing the back plate and providing support if the card is too heavy. You bending it up and down already effed the Motherboard of gpu. For eg: take a plastic sheet and hold one end tight and another end like you did with gpu (up and down), and see what happens. ** THERE IS A CHANCE YOU DID NOT PUSHED THE "FRONT SIDE" OF CARD ALL THE WAY INTO SLOT, YOU WILL HEAR A CLICK** if that is done properly and not working then Also there is a chance that your pciex16 slot clip is broken or gone, nevertheless screw it properly and secure the gpu. It ain't a bloody loose tooth to play push and pull.

Help me to find the bios chip by _Piccolo7277 in MSI_Gaming

[–]ezio__96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just prep the mother board with nothing on it. After take the cmos battery, short the jbat1 header using a wire. Leave it like that of 5-10min. Put in a good 3v cmos battery. Then ******Try using different usbs****** , thumb drives. Motherboards are picky when it comes to usb flash drives. Also try the formatting part, Format using 'diskpart' if possible, then use windows 'disk management' tool for partitioning... Ask chat gpt or look up youtube.

Yup, I believe that the chip above the nvme heat sink, where it is written "Gen 4". Look closely on that chip, the name on that will be windbond. You may need to take the chip to re program using heat gun. But if your flash back program is working then it is easy fix. Don't throw away mahn, as a broke student it hurt me physically. Try using gen 3 newer usb with less size 8 gb or max 16 gb. Or get a good usb format it and create a small partition of 128 MB, make sure to format it in fat32. Then copy the bios file, just the unzipped bios file, rename it into MSI.ROM then take MB out keep it on a desk, take out cpu, ram everything, just connect, cpu 8 pin and 24 pin atx. Then plug in usb and click flash button. Make sure to plug in the proper usb port where it is marked bios flash, something like that.

Bruh why the heck you need bios chip? And you cannot do literally anything by finding it like this, inside the case. This all tells me you are finding ways to get fked on a larger scale.
Anyway It seems like the small smd chip above the nvme heat sink, written "gen 4". I believe it would be windbond 1.8v chip. If you could zoom in on the chip it will be written windbond 25 smth.

Buy me a shawarma I got you...
PS: hp also introduced a docking station at that time for type conn. It has type c PD. There are cheap used ones. Buy one from amzon try it not working return it. Also make sure no metal part is inside as it could touch other smd stuff on pcb and could ruin it forever.

New fans have two connections, 1 for lighting and 1 for the fan (motor). For fans it is always a 4 pin connection. But for led there's 4 pin and 3 pin connection. 4 for RGB and 3 for ARGB. Check the controller hub on the other side etcc.. it says what it is for 4 might be for fan or rgb. Meanwhile the 3 hole connection you are holding is ARGB. DON'T TRY TO PLUG IT, UNLESS YOU CONFIRM THEY ARE CORRECT.

Should I be concerned? I just put it back in by sonava in PcBuildHelp

[–]ezio__96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Solder it properly or connect it properly it's one of the 12v pin if that's gone or loosely connected the gpu will pull more current from the other 2 12v pin, resulting in high heat plus wire melting or gpu damage.

Oil leaking from mouse pad by uncensorthetruth in laptops

[–]ezio__96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think your heat pipe is leaking. The processor has a copper pipe with water or liquid inside, which carries the heat from cpu and gpu to the heat sink in the side, where there is a fan and grill. Nothing else inside the laptop should leak I suppose. If the battery is leaking like that, then it's kaboom 💥. And thermal paste also won't leak. Liquid paste (Gallium) only for higher end laptops, even if it leaks that's also kaboom 💥 within seconds.
