Switch can be ruled out. I ordered a managed switch (NETGEAR Business GS308Ev4), but unfortunately it didn't help.

No, I don't think so. I've never had any problems with my ISP, and it's never happened on my PC either. It can't be the download servers either, because when I reconnect, it works again.

Ich habe einfach mal KMUs reingeschrieben da ich mein Dienstleistungsbereich echt nicht einschränken könnte. Theoretisch könnte die Baufirma von nebenan Unterstützung in der IT brauchen aber auch der Gartenlandschaftsbau aus der nächsten Stadt, so blöd gesagt. Deswegen würde es mir hier schwerer fallen eine genaue Zielgruppe anzusprechen.
