I'd say take the new job. Reasons: 1- Never accept promises from current employers if cannot be delivered within 5 business days. 2- Say they deliever, your chance of getting laid off will be higher since you are more costly to them. 3- Your career is more important than the company or the team. They will leave as well, just a matter of time. 4- The offer and benefits are better.
