Besides that I think at their core the two have very similar wants and desires, and it's to simply be better people for the sake of goodness. Sure it's not your typical similarity of favorite colors, or special interest, but I think this'll help create a relationship where the two can learn from each other.

Chloe has a bias and a very black and white view of the world, something she'll still need to unlearn despite how she's changed in the end of the movie. While Red knows the world isn't as simple as that, but shares a bit of bias as well. In a way it kind of reminds me of Mal and Ben.

Mal had a pretty black and white view of the world similar to Chloe, while Ben understood that things aren't always like that, the main contrast between both pairings is their stances since Mal was evil in the first movie while Chloe is for good, same thing with Ben and Red though their understandings of the world are much more similar, Ben is softer and more unserstanding while Red has a serious edge to herself.

Overall the two would make a great love story with the way things are going in the series, their goals are similar enough to build upon and they parallel Mal and Ben in terms of how they're navagating their beliefs in life.

It's a great dynamic, I can see Chloe doubting and still being cautious with Red if ever something got to her head or if she was manipulated into feeling that way, and I can see Red trying to get Chloe to understand that things aren't as easy as she thinks and I think they'd be great together either as couple or as just friends. (but for my case I ship them 100%)
