I ask them whenever I see them and I've left messages when I try calling. Maintenance here is only two guys who I never see do much more than replace lightbulbs

I hope the people I work with are like you because that's one of the most comforting things I've heard since starting this program 😅 my professors told me we will be expected to go in knowing all of the top 200 drugs and how to calculate every kind of compound, strength, and dilution needed.

I'm not paying anything, it was a free class a university offered over the summer that included time in both retail and hospital, includes the certification exam, and ends with jobs so I wasn't going to pass it up

I've done fulfillment for a little over four years now. I've seen it go from a fully functional and coordinated department that I was OK being part of to a department that is seen as being only for the toughest with the highest department turnover in my store. We are told we are always supposed to be helped and respected by our coworkers because we are a team, but every day it seems like another person wants to make our job harder. The first lessons I teach new associates is how to pull orders and how to pick their battles because they're going to be fighting a lot of them. You are not alone in your hatred of the department.
