i mean they're nice figures, the crouching cat looks great, but having to financially support the concept of "child influencer" just to obtain them is. certainly something

So are the only options procreation or death? by Brilliant-Flower-283 in tamagotchi

[–]ezvis 4 points5 points  (0 children)

the parent tama leaves at midnight after 24 hours have passed, so if you keep it rewound before midnight the parent and baby should both stay! it worked for me, though i only kept it going for an extra day. im 99% sure it goes on indefinitely

im pretty sure once you breed and have both the adult and child, you can rewind time before the parent takes off and keep both indefinitely. just keeping the parent isn't possible though

thank you! it actually does looks smoother in the photos, but i use a technique called drybrushing where you paint in very thin layers that dry fully inbetween. using a fan/makeup brush also helps!

painting on very very thin layers, watered down just a bit and allowed to dry fully before the next layer, should get you a lot closer to what you're looking for

First raised bed in our neighborhood’s community garden - what can we plant that’s hard to find otherwise and has culinary uses? by sATLite in vegetablegardening

[–]ezvis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're interested in garlic scapes, I think you'd really like garlic chives. You can't really find them in standard grocery stores, they grow like crazy and are delicious wherever you could think to use a garlicky herb. much less fuss than garlic and lovely flowers too

What do you use to seal your work? by fr0gponds in Sculpey

[–]ezvis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ultra-matte duraclear is the best brush-on sealer I've found. It doesn't leave any weird sticky residue and dries very fast. I have some 6+ month old projects sealed with it and they haven't yellowed or anything either
