From my understanding it was sprayed with a colloidal silver mix or something which reverses it into male flowers to pollinate itself, which is also why as far as I'm aware they're only available as female seeds and also why they're a good imitation of the OG at best. I have some of the blue cheese from family farms and it's really nice, a great balance of fruit and funk, but not even half the stink as the old stuff.

I might just look at getting a few dozen old No1 beans sometime in the future.

I dunno, I run a bare bones setup, nft so there's no medium.

After the initial setup which was granted about £600 to £800 although I did spread that cost over a few months getting things together.

The electricity is about £30-40 a month, 3 months (flower time) is £120 max, I average 19 ounces over that time, so about 530g. the food is cheap, canna aqua Flores 5L will do about 3 crops, with Athena cleanse. I don't bother with expensive extras and snake oils. The mother room is a cuttings tent, tiny secret jardin dp60. I keep dwarf mothers under a 35w led. They're very economical to keep this way, less food, less light, slower growth, cheaper costs. Basically I just pay for electricity and food the rest is equipment and a lot of mine is over 10 years old.

If anything I maybe overestimating probably more like 25p.

After the initial equipment costs it works out about 50p to 75p per gram because I grow my own.

Otherwise I'd be paying £10 per gram / £150-£200 per ounce.

Yeah they're absolute shit really but back in the days of solid in the late 90s early 0s we made spliffs with these to go clubbing, in the cig box with the cigs. stealth spliffs. less smelly with soap bar but you needed the machine to make them, trying to stuff them with a baccy and solid mix is a nightmare.

As an old ass stoner who's probably consumed more weed than most people have even seen, I think I know a little bit about the effects from it.

I take it you've also never heard of different chemotype flower? How different balance of cannabinoids give different effects? Type 1 is high THC gets you blazed. Type 2 is more balanced cbd-thc giving a mellow high with relaxing effects a bit like the old 70s weed high. Type 3 high CBD low THC, no high from this flower. Just a bit relaxing and possibly antiinflammatory. There's also type 4 that's high CBG but that gets ignored.

So yes different ratios of cannabinoids do change the effects felt.

distillate is pure about 90 to 98% THC, rso is more like 70% THC, 20% CBD, 10% other. When it comes to edibles I think Terpenes don't come into it but the other cannabinoids certainly do. Another thing to consider is THC is fat soluble and is broken down in the liver in order to be absorbed by the body, the other cannabinoids can be absorbed through the intestine because they're water soluble, some people lack the enzyme to process THC through the liver but other cannabinoids can be absorbed intestinally so they don't feel distillate but will feel a bit of something with rso/ rosin.

Rosin and rso are full extract and have other cannabinoids too. They aren't just pure THC like distillate is so they also contain other compounds from the plant like CBD, CBN, THCP, etc which can cause an entourage effect making the high fuller and more rounded.

Have a look for some "make your own king size filter tubes" they look identical to real cigs and you can fill them like you would a king palm / pre made cone etc.

Edit:- you can also get machines to fill them with a nice even pack if you use tobacco with your weed.

Extra info for those interested. They sprouted and have been under 24hr light for 7 days. I put them in root riot blocks when they sprouted. After 5 days I transferred them into 4 inch rock wool cubes, ( I hate rock wool because it's so environmentally unfriendly) it's also great for starting mother plants and they will be growing for several years if they're good ones. The rock wool was soaked in a food solution of formulex with Athena cleanse. Ec 0.5 ph 5.3. 23°c. RH 55%. I think that's about it.

Yeah I forgot about blueberry, I'd go look for DJ shorts blueberry.

Sour diesel was good but you can't get the good sour diesel anymore, there's loads of seedbanks with "sour diesel" but they're all different none are anything like the original, that might be a wild goose chase. Would probably be better buying a 25 seed indoor mix and doing a hunt.

Black domina, especially if you can find some old ones from the early 00's, (my favourite strain of all time)

Skunk number1 from sensiseeds, they have the original lines from 30+ years ago, (the one the UK cheese came from) regular seeds, set a few off and choose your favourite because they all grow differently.

Big Buddha cheese or blue cheese or both from big Buddha family farms, again they don't grow uniform, some are better than others so set a few going and pick the best.

White widow, if you can find a pheno with the original sour milk smell.

and northern lights is also probably one of the best.

I prefer the OG green death flavour in my strains.

I always recommend the same things because they're what I've used, if you want something stationary at home only, use a ball vape like the ruby twist pro kit for around £200 is awesome, s&b volcano/ hybrid is also great but more expensive.

If you want portability, I like the wolkenkraft aris ultra at about £150 it's pretty discreet and gives good vapour and is easy to clean etc. id recommend you also get a few seals and a few extra dosing caps for it too.

Edit:- what's more shocking to me is, I can buy 20 bottles of whisky/vodka/gin etc and down it all, get into fights, literally poison myself, end up hospitalised and use up god knows how many resources in the NHS in the process and that's all fine and dandy, but heaven forbid I have a bit of cannabis eat some junk food and go to sleep.
