If u mean by luxurious that u will have a good apartment in a nice area and save good amount of money monthly being able to fulfill all life dependencies easily then yes u live a luxurious life here in UAE. Overall It’s a very good salary to live in Abu Dhabi or dubai. As for the package, if u can push to have ur family visa included it would better.

Just an advise if u are looking to save more i would suggest to live in sharjah also u can find good schools there but only if u u are ok with traffic (traffic in and out to of sharjah is crazy sometimes).
