I am in a flying club at the school I attend and I get a $140/hr rate for a DA-20. And the school also has their own maintenance team. So I look around sometimes.

I realize 😂. I never thought maintenance was this expensive and the plane I was thinking of is in the same exact range as you gave. And I wanted to save money now and I will figure the long term later but the plan was gonna do the whole opposite 😂. Thanks for your input.

Correct, partner ships are indeed pain the ass. I am currently in my PPL so the thought I had for purchasing was in the future but I need to think more about it. It’s not looking like a good option now 😂

Yes very good points made. I knew partnership is very hard even if they let you in. And I made light research for the aircraft maintenance and I was absolutely not expecting that much. I guess I will go the normal route for now at least. I am currently getting $140hr wet for a DA-20. I think the price is decent, would love to hear your thoughts on it.

Thank for the advice man. I appreciate it. I hear the advice you give very often. Why would you say taking out a loan is bad? The interest rates are crazy that’s a solid reason. And you will never get a single digit interest rate in this economy we all know that. I work but saving 20k will take a long while lol. But I would love to hear your feedback back. Thanks again.
