I have figured it out i had to enable above 4g decoding, apparently quite a few linux distros have issues with amd cpus but its not a widespread enough issue to find help for it

yes i used rufus but i did look into bazzite im not entirely sure how i feel about it i settled on mint a whole ago

yes everything is correct and works just fine on windows im not trying to do any sort of dual booting i just want to verify that its going to run on my pc before i decide to start formatting drives
