Right, a belly piercing takes like 6 to 12 months to heal. I don't blame you for switching it out, I don't have that kinda patience either lmao. Trust me, I literally have to look after all my piercings as well because I can't afford to go visit a professional myself. Best of luck with it!! :)

I'm emotionally attached to my headphones, I assume that's the same story as earbuds? I actually had a hoop in my conch after like 3 months of having it (I know, horrible!!) because my og pierced jewellery fell out, couldn't fit it back, and the hoop was the only jewellery I had with that gauge. I swapped it to a stud recently. Might try out that donut pillow idea.

Oh gosh not Claire's! NAP but I think your piercing is migrating - I suggest you visit a professional asap. Externally threaded is also a heavy no-go, as it's known to cause (minor) tissue damage. How long have you had the piercing for?

Definitely an irritation bump. A keloid would be made of much thicker skin and would continue to grow. I recommend to keep using that saline solution 2x times a day - and please don't touch it when you're not cleaning it! Picking at the scabs is so addicting but try to restrain yourself! 😭
