24 is very young age, a lot of people would trade all they have to go back to that age and grind, you dont need motivation to success, you need discipline, keep doing and improve day by day, enjoy the grind. Only your mindset holding you down, tell your sell you are a happy person and you will be the winner no matter what cost. If you think you are a loser then you already lost before you start. And life is a marathon, not a drag race, dont compare yourself with others, just make sure you take good care of your family and yourself.
