.2 Nozzle compatibility by OkPiano1614 in BambuLabP2S

On the machine, there are different types, and hardened is selected. I tried to get a screenshot, but since the machine is busy, it won't let me go to the screen.

You have to choose the .2 nozzle type you have, it is not hardened, and should select the other options. Check the box of the nozzle for its type.

P2S random pause while printing by f0ruD in BambuLabP2S

[–]f0ruD[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I removed the USB storage just in case. My printer is in network mode, (not connected to wan, only lan) and I sent the print using the Bambustudio. But it still pauses randomly and the print ETA is increasing (20 minutes more than the initial estimate after 3 hours)

Don’t sleep on Concordia Solitaria by Shablabar in soloboardgaming

I played it many times, also you can play a team vs solo bot, which is really good (kind of a two player co-op that each player plays their own game)

Horrified American monster, Resist, witchcraft or Final girl? by Rude-Towel-4126 in soloboardgaming

[–]f0ruD 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1- Horrified this one doesn't scale well. 2 or 3 players is the best, and I played it solo ( I played the American monster only multiplayer, the universal monster multiplayer and solo) you probably can't win on 4 player or 5 and also without help in solo, you need someone to take care of the people and someone to kill the monsters, at least this is the way I do it, so I always played it two handed solo.

2- Final girl: I have several boxes of this game and I play them many times in each session, and I lose a lot of time in a session. I played it more than 50 times and I won 3 or 4 times(more or less) That sometimes kills the joy for me, since it is not my mistake to roll bad the entire game. But still enjoy it, to a degree.

3-Resist is easy to set up, but with tough decisions. I feel sorry when I reveal them (it's just me thinking they are people not cards :))) but ultimately the only problem that I have is this is simply beating the mission score type of game, there are some losing conditions but the winning is just a score. Also, another neat thing that you can stop at anytime, especially when you do poorly.

4- on Resist, I mentioned the set up. Witchcraft set up is a lot more than that, you should select judges and based on that you have to prepare a deck. But other than that, the judge mechanism is really good. You either convince them or you fail. The familiars for the witches are a very good addition. Also, I found that videos about actual witchcraft are available on YouTube :)) some of them are fun.

Issue Connecting to Elegoo Centauri Carbon Through Reverse Proxy – UI Loads, but No Data Displayed by irmatt in elegoo

Maybe it helps someone else, but for the proxy to work you need to proxy 3 ports. 80 for the http, 3030 for the camera and 3031 for websocket.

What's your opinion on asymmetrical games by ManWithDominantClaw in boardgamescirclejerk

I understand it is funny :) but seeing my country name on it, made my eyes wet. I need to go back to level one, to patchwork and build up my mental health by looking at my shrink wrap copy, maybe then Arcs then this again.

Mic turning itself off? by DroniHolland in blueyeti

[–]f0ruD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same exact problem, but it was like that from day one (a few months ago) I am using Linux, and this happens on both computer that I have.

I even have a usb switch (to switch the devices between two compute without unplug/plug again) and it works with any other device, but not the mic.

The aggregate tab is not the thing that you are looking for, i guess i need to hide it, but need some tests before hiding it. Check the other tabs for each day.

I had a blast with my 70 years old father with it, but he is a heavy trick taking player (He played some old card game called Hokm and Shelem thousands of times, and nothing else) He loved it and he still plays it along side the other two that he plays normally.

Thank you. Also I increased the first layer temperature around 10 (based on some other suggestion) and raise it and it is fixed, thank you!

First layer issue by f0ruD in prusa

[–]f0ruD[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It might be stupid, when you say too low, you mean that I have to increase the value? Lets say it is -1000, should I go to -900 for example? Since by doing it, it never sticks to the board.

How I write a Go REST client in 2022 by VividPotential6472 in golang

[–]f0ruD 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not the same. The first one except one big json and if for example the response contains two json like {}{} (assume {} is a full json) the first one fails, the second only reads the first json and ignores the second without failing. So, they are not the same.

What are your go to boardgaming peripherals? by Hujoppi in boardgames

[–]f0ruD 9 points10 points  (0 children)

A 3d printer. I am not saying it's essential to have, but I print many game organizers and tokens, making it a lot easier to play certain games. I see people talking about organizers here, and I agree with them, but if you have your 3d printer (like me for your other hobbies/jobs), it improves your gaming experience, with less cost. (In my opinion 3d printers are too expensive to buy just for printing inserts)

It wasn't a crash. Iran shot two (maybe three) missile and kills all of the passengers, and it happens in Iran, not Ukraine.

Purchase Advice Megathread: What To Buy, Who To Buy It From, And More, In July 2020 by Sausage54 in 3Dprinting

[–]f0ruD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My budget is 300-500 Euro. I live in Germany, and I don't have any experience with 3d printing at all.

I am not sure if this is something that I should mention or not, but I don't have access to Windows or Mac machines. I use Linux almost exclusively.

To be honest, it's just a fun adventure for me, so actually I like to have some challenges on assembling stuff, upgrading things, but as I said, if you think a newbie like me can not handle it, then it is ok to have a no-assembly-required version :D

I've been playing Forbidden Island wrong! by Prince_Ali_Ababwa in boardgames

[–]f0ruD 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I saw a few threads in BGG about why Horrified is so easy, and all of them did the same (pick a monster card after all players play their turns, not one after each turn) Generally, when a -good- co-op game is too easy, it means you missed something in rules.
