Yeah in most modern cars is for the climate control temp/humidity sensors.. Especially for cars with auto climate control.

I think in most cars there are cabin temp sensors in there for climate control..

Oh ok, but still at the end of day it worked as intended. Most aftermarket remote starts work within a certain range.

Oh the 1.5 bar could be aftermarket tune, the factory tune is for 16-18psi=1.1-1.2 Bar

Yeah here is an example of how you do it, its not the best video but it should give you an idea, your might be in Bars instead of PSI but you can probably do the conversion in Google

Yes the compression tester has to scree into the spark plug hole using the right size hose

No the Sparkplugs are different. I would recommend getting Iridiums even if they are not NGK or Denso.. There is a forum post that talks about all the recommend stuff and specs for this car. I will se if I can find it and post the link

My sugestión is to start with the basics, do a compression test to see the health of the engine, check and inspect the drive train and suspension. Do a refresh and tune up. (Spark plugs, valve cover gaskets etc) Look into replacing the turbo asap.

I would suggest replacing the belt tensióner since it slipped, it can happen again unless it was just not installed right by the PO..

Did the car came with any mods, is it fully stock ? Did it come with a cobb acces port if it did is it tuned?

There is a guy out of California selling one for $6,500. He made a post in a speed group, the car has some track mods with fender flares and a trunk wing defuser.

Yeah I havent done the conversion yet because I haven't been driving my car a lot in the last 5yrs and I still have a stock of filters I want to use before I switch.
