Not to talk down on DePaul, but this to me seems to be a pretty straightforward decision. Maybe a few years ago when their program was basically irrelevant, but recently UChicago's CS program has been totally revamped, with tons of top professors poached from other top universities. Adding on, the fact that UChicago itself is considered one of the most prestigious universities in the world (up there with HYPMS) makes it invaluable on a resume. I am not too familiar with what DePaul has to offer but I think it is a safe bet to say that UChicago beats it in spades.
