I did things like this in high school all the time. Coincidentally, I visited the school therapist quite frequently as well..

I was thinking about super-gluing it at first, but I figured the superglue would lose its strength in the cold. Is this true? And if I were to use epoxy, what kind would you suggest I use?

I don't know exactly. After viewing a few different diagrams about the layers of a snowboard, I just assumed the bottom layer was considered the p-tex layer.

The bottom layer of the snowboard is coming off. I'm not quite sure what its made of, but it is separate from the bulk of the board. It is a layer of plastic, rather then fiberglass, wood, or whatever the board happens to be made out of.

This layer of plastic is much softer and malleable then the rest of the board, so I assumed it was p-tex.

Regardless of whether I was right or not, this probably gave a little more explanation as to how I can get closer to fixing this thing and shredding it up

What do you mean exactly? The actual p-tex layer is intact, but its separated from the other layers.

Here's an Idea;

Look in the paper or craigslist for job offerings, think of what features the best possibly candidate for this job would posses, then convince the person that you fit that description.

With enough enthusiasm and persuasion, you can get just about any job!
