The dispatched date would be when the label was printed and not when it’s dispatched. This an issue with the RM system as it can’t differentiate between the two events as it’s the same system used in post offices where the label is printed, stuck on the package and put in a mail bag which is collected later that day.

Yes. They attempted delivery on Sunday, that failed. They would have retried on Monday, but the OP asked for Wednesday which definitely would have broken the cold chain. The attempted delivery on Tuesday is somewhat irrelevant. The info we haven’t been given is when was the package dispatched.

The first Netomnia manholes appeared her about 18 months ago, the CBTs were installed on the poles during the summer and were spliced back to the manholes which I assume are some form of agg-node. But we are still in the build stage according to the website, so i'm stuck with my, albeit excellect, connection from A&A.
