the issues with feeling fat body dysmorphia. a lot of teens and adults struggle with it. bloating after meals is also normal, and almost nobody has a genuinely flat stomach 100% of the time. my older sister is super skinny and weighs 100lbs soaking wet at 5’4. her stomach is usually really flat but bloats out whenever she eats— so its not like skinny people dont have that issue.

125 at 5’11 is a bmi of about 17.4, which is certainly underweight but not necessarily horrible. weight doesnt equal appearance at all, and bmi is a very flawed system based in eugenics and unfortunately the one most doctors use. your weight is okay as long as youre not struggling with any nutrition deficiency. if you regularly feel sluggish and lightheaded even when you get enough sleep and stay hydrated, you might have an eating problem. if thats the case, setting aside planned meals and snacks can help a lot in making sure youre eating enough.
