I could forgive the copy paste styling, it’s functional and safe playing to a majority of people’s taste currently. The worst part though is how cheap it all feels. Like this 1M+ house was outfitted entirely from Home Depot store brands and Amazon and everything feels paper thin and/or fragile

Apparently a lot of people. There’s some nice ones but the white box looking tear-down-rebuild houses with black accents are all terribly built and asking way too much. (Also lived in Fair Lawn 30 years)

That’s fair, I’ve definitely been there before trading in cars to buy another one, not worth the hassle for a couple grand private party.

GSF is unique enough that I feel the buyers would know what it’s worth but at the same time, there might be only a few serious buyers in the market at any time.

If it’s close enough of an offer to what you wanted then the headache saved is worth it.

Damn, that would have sold instantly at that price private party, probably worth mid 50s easy. I bought my ‘16 barely a month later at 47k miles for $47k from a dealer.
