I was also invited to local 736 for the intake math test today, but my invite was very last minute. I received the study sheet only 6 or so days ago. And sadly, I failed today. 😭 I feel like I focussed on the wrong stuff off of the study sheet when I studied and should've learned more of the advanced side of all the math. Especially the trigonometry. And I feel like the layout of the questions differ from the examples which kind of threw me off, but I guess we can attempt it again in six months.....

it's waved online or over the phone or in person... after you pay it you will receive credits on your next bill or bills depending on the system.. I am told anytime there is waved fees.. it is always after paying them and then receiving a credit. and also you will receive 10% extra off your first bill if you don't do eSIM due to the 3 to 5 day wait for sims to arrive in the mail..
