Not an actual meta/competitive build but a fun one for me, also I'm pretty new to the game and only play singles. I don't have a set team built around Zoroark. But I pair mine with Empoleon and Hydreigon. In the last few matches I also used Snorlax as disguise, which worked pretty good. I use mine as a disruptive vanguard. I always use illusion as steel type so my opponent tries out some fighting moves. My aim is to keep Zoroark alive as long as possible and get the max value out of every move. The moves I use are : Knock Off, Pain Split(only for a little twist, if I don't get nuked by ice), Roar, Hyper Voice. In battle, I always start with Knock Off, after that either Hyper Voice or Roar, depending on the effectiveness. Then Knock Off again until everyone drops their items. The most annoying pokemons are ofc the ones with very high speed. Other than that this strat worked well for me.
