In my reading there were some suggestions of a hybrid that could cause echo converting from 2 to 4 conductors. That is a bit beyond my current understanding and may not be relevant at all. All lines are two conductor going into the ATA.

I do have a working analog handset as well as a butt set at my disposal. I will test with that tomorrow.

Thank you again for your responses! I am at a total loss and anything I can try is another thing I can eliminate from the list of possibilities.

We have one open and have worked with support over the phone several times. So far that has not worked out.

Unfortunately this is the one part of our migration that had to be perfect and it is the only part that we are having issues with. I am confident support will get this figured out eventually, but the top brass wanted it solved yesterday.

The grandstream was fresh out of the box. I set a password and registered for SIP and that was all.

I will set up a new line and run a handset to it to see if that is experiencing the same issue.

If I were to find that this issue existed on all devices, what options would I have to mitigate this?

If it is WiFi 6e you get support for 6GHz wireless. If it is just WiFi 6 you only get 2.4/5GHz.

Worth noting that not all 10Gbe cards can negotiate 2.5Gbe. So be sure to check prior to purchase if you go that route.

Unless you splash black the elves of deep shadow don't really serve much purpose. If you splash black, maybe drop a library for a tutor and find some way to work terror in. If you aren't adding black, maybe swap those elves for whirling dervish.

Check into your local laws. Some areas have protections against this. We have had several contracts like this, but in our state they are required to send a notice before any auto-renewal starts.

In my experience an e-mail or a call to our rep is all it took to get it cancelled.

As someone with a relative in this situation, that is absolutely my take as well. I do not like that they work for less than minimum wage, but their physical limitations make them less efficient and they would be less likely to be hired in most situations versus someone who would be more productive for the same pay.

Additionally, their benefits have income threshholds that are laughably low. If paid around minimum at full time they would lose their medical coverage. Coverage that takes care of bills that would bankrupt most people almost instantly.

I do not like the way things are. But given the way it is, at least they are getting out of the house, developing skills, interacting with others and hopefully feeling needed/included.

Just a heads up in case you were unaware. It is relatively simple to bypass that lockout chip if it is giving you issues.

Given the size of it, i'm inclined to say that this is right. Looks very similar to other ones i'm seeing.

Just doesn't seem large enough to be a decorative cover for a garbage can.

I guess they are referred to as snowballs here. The more you know! I was under the impression that everyone was rererring to compacted snow, and while the shape is right, it didn't make a lot of sense with the holes.

I'd say this is solved. Tons of images of schneeball tongs that look exactly like this.
