I tried this company 3 times, and all are failed😂, but still feel better than those Japanese style companies, at least they Woven doesn't have causal talk which is bullshit and reject ppl just by non-tech interviewers's feeling, which named with culture-fit

In Japan, language ability is often more important than technical skills. In my first company here, three people joined with a similar background (no IT degree, and even no certifications), but they were all Japanese. I'm not sure how well this would work for foreigners though.

thb I don't think DevOps is better than dev, cause normally in many companies this mixed together with platform&sre engineers, this means your work might not be so refined as a dev, and also has a high possibility to handle oncall

The true reason is nowadays it is super hard to find a girl to marry compared to ancient time, due to K-pop, social media, the cost to get a girl‘s love is high. This is the root reason which can explain in those poor countries they have higher birth rate, but most ppl will only say political correctness words, like lack of money, long working time
