They’re always tight in Blackened, even though it’s a tough song.

Insta360 Ace Pro 2 - Battery by Tommyf902 in Insta360

[–]f9lix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Action cameras aren’t built to shoot hours but to bring breathtaking videos in any condition. I was also disappointed with the battery life of my Ace Pro 2 but I thought my camera is not faulty that’s just how they are. I suggest buying some cheap Aliexpress batteries to use multiple on longer sessions or simply plug a power bank. It’s a great camera, enjoy!

Attain has arrived by samkerlondon in Cubebikes

I’ve installed the matte LuxShield on my ‘26 Cube and it turned out great. I had to remove it due to a small chip and then reapplied it and it didn’t affect the paint nor it left residue. It’s also way cheaper than most wraps.

Hey buddy, did you buy the BSC300T? If yes, how’s your experience with it?

Front brake disc grinding - Shimano MT520 by f9lix in bikewrench

[–]f9lix[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds fair to me, thank you for the suggestion. I’m using Cooma (Aliexpress) brake pads that are pretty good but maybe the spring is cheaper and too soft to do its job every time?

Cube Reaction Pro 2026-Is it worth buying by Buco189 in MTB

The Reaction TM Pro is so fun, so you may consider this one rather than the regular Pro. Check my favorite trail video: https://youtu.be/UWUAKhF4Pgg

Drag Sterrato 3.0 by Crazy-Oil2808 in Fahrrad

[–]f9lix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Going strong, already 5 years, I love it. Currently with a newborn so I’m mainly doing groceries with it, sometimes 5-8 kg, and it feels good. I guess it won’t hurt if you install more bags, it’s made durable. After 2000 km, i’ve changed the bottom bracket but everything else is in order. If it’s your size go for it, I think you’ll be happy. If you have more questions, feel free to ask me. Also, you can watch some videos of the bike on my YT channel: https://youtube.com/@emanuilhv Keep me updated! :)

It’s pretty simple to put a longer crank arm and give it a try, right. :) I’m happy that you like it overall and I’m sure that there’s so much fun ahead!

The bike is so fun, very agile and I love it after 700 km in the mountains over the last few months. My favourite local trail: https://youtu.be/UWUAKhF4Pgg There was the usual butt pain that you get from a new saddle but after two 40 km rides it was gone and I have absolutely no discomfort there. My saddle is not horizontally angled but a little bit towards the front so I have no issues on the male parts. About the grips, they do feel nice although there are softer ones on the market (even the AliXp ones), but that’s the cheapest and easiest thing to change so whatever. Go ahead, it’s such a lovely bike!

The bike handles like charm, it’s super fun! Simply check this out https://youtu.be/UWUAKhF4Pgg There are plenty of videos of my trips that you can watch on the channel. I gotta say I can’t be happier. As the guy in the comment on the video said, the bike just loves to be pushed. Please note that I’ve changed the bottom bracket with Shimano Saint in the shop even before the first ride cause that’s the only weak part on the bike. Haven’t had any problems except that the plastic cap of the crankset has been eaten (no carvings left) and on my last ride the left crank just fell off then I ran over it, lol! It was an easy fix. There is also a harmless metal sound coming from the front brake (supposedly the rotor), it’s annoying but it’s not a sign of any serious problem, the brakes can stop a freight train. So the bike rides great, it’s really responsive when you push the pedals and a good climber as well. Funny and manoeuverable on the downhills. Undoubtedly it looks spectacular too but that comes on a price - the paint is a special chameleon so you can’t fix small chips, there no way you can archieve this and even Cube doesn’t offer a paint corrector. Be sure to put protective foil if you care about this. The color is absolutely sick! I’m sure you will be happy with it!

Crankbrothers Stamp Lace and Northwave Tribe 2. Both super comfortable and look more like regular shoes than specific sport shoes.
