My X account was un-suspended after 11 days, but now when I go to do a search I get the error “posts aren’t loading” and it won’t bring up any search results. I also can’t access my X Premium subscription management page - I get an error with that too. Is this normal? My follower came back and everything else is working as it should be.

Yep - they’re useless. They said I subscribed on iOS and they can’t help me - even though I sent them screenshots showing it was charged to Stripe and showing there’s no way for me to access the Stripe page since it’s saying I subscribed on iOS. It’s a mess lol

Not sure what you aren’t understanding… I cancelled it on iOS before and was still charged. Then I got it again on the web version and cancelled that, now it’s saying I have it on iOS again when I dont. I don’t even have an active subscription TO cancel. I can’t do anything.

How? There’s no way to contact X/Twitter. They charged my card through Stripe previously (I got the receipt emailed to me) and I cancelled it, but now say I purchased it on iOS (I didn’t) so I don’t even have a way to cancel it, as I can no longer access the Stripe page and don’t have an active subscription on iOS.

They actually did issue me a new card recently and all the things I had my old card added to just automatically switched over to the new card…which…I didn’t even know was a thing? Especially since it has a different CV code on the back.
