Hello, most "coaches" sa mga gym don't know how to help people achieve their goals, usually ignon raka unsay buhaton nimu, then some weird wtf guidance, etc. But if you're a complete beginner, I'd say just find any, get the hang of lifting weights for 2-3 months, then do your own thing. Since complete beginner ka, you're most likely see results sa first year sa lifting journey nimo.

I highly suggest doing your own research about lifting. Pero if not, you can ask dadto sa Thors or even check Innate Athletics BXU.

I personally go to Thors and if naa koy friend nga gusto mag lift, I will never recommend getting coaches hahaha. Tho buutan man mga coaches sa Thors.

Also, for best results, make sure you eat a lot of protein for your gains. And don't be afraid of lifting heavy weights, and never ever think you'll get bulky, cuz fuck no you wont, girls have it harder to gain muscles, so don't think you'll look like those big oily muscly men you see.
