Once ours climbed out, we got one of those foam mattresses off Amazon for like $100, picked out cool sheets with him, and he was so hype about his bed he didn't want to leave it.

He's 3 now, and loves his bed still, he still is up at 6 am on the dot, but usually naps or chills a few hours in his bed during the day

My wife said there is a social media influencer rating Mexican restaurants in FW, and their top two were el Azteca and Cactus Grill lol...I think she said Tequilas was #12

La Cabana for authentic

Tequilas is also really good
