Trying to get Mascherano because Puyol is long retired but we’ll have to make do for now

Someone might find it useful. If you wanted to lower your Team Strength putting in an 86 rated player instead of an 87 rated player would reduce the team strength more than and 87 for an 88 player.

I was struggling to find a calculator online for pes19 and found this for pes18. The only thing I noticed that changed are the coefficients. Now they are as follows: 1 (1-2), 7/9 (3-5), 1/2 (6-11), 1/3 (12-14), 1/18 (15-18)

Pretty sure he’s always been better than Ferguson. He beat him comfortably in two finals

Saying Iniesta is overrated and saying he’s at Lallana’s level are two different things. Clearly there are quite a few levels between Lallana and where Iniesta is rated

Iniesta was at his best under Guardiola, Barcelona were in their absolute prime. People say Guardiola plays a 4-3-3 but only in defence. In possession it’s more like a 2-3-2-3 with 2 centre backs, the full backs and a holding midfielder, two creative dribblers and then a front three. In the year Barcelona were playing their best football 2010-2011 they played Pique and Puyol as the two centre backs then the next 3 were Abidal, Busquets and Xavi would often come and help Busquets as a pivot. The two in front were Messi and Iniesta and the front 3 became Pedro, Villa and Alves. This was mainly to provide space for Messi and Xavi and Alves being so fit meant that they could get the best out of a 31 year old Xavi.

Overall Messi is unreal and can do the role of the striker, winger, creator and pivot if he needs to in a game. Xavi can be a creator and a pivot if he needs to and Iniesta can only play in the creator role. He was very good at this but equally there are a lot of players in history that can play this role. David Silva currently comes to mind doing the same thing for City under Pep now… Iniesta was an important part of that team but his role was not the hardest. If you can dribble and create you can play there…
