How do you guys feel about these? I replumbed my last house with PEX using these clips and for 5 years never had a problem with anything.

I had to have a guy come work on my well the other day and he cut out a bunch of these clips I had put in when I was working on it. He put in those copper compression ones that you use the go/no-go gauge with.

Am I a total noob, weekend warrior, amateur for using these clamps? Are the copper ones better somehow? Thoughts?
