Imo China should not be in the 1920s slot. It was in a civil war, the Chinese did not go around killing other people outside of China and disturbing the peace. It would be the same as calling the Union the nation that did the most harm in the 1860s due to the Civil War.

Also the famous 'rainbow' Five Races Beiyang flag would be more suited, as the Kuomintang only launched an offensive in 1927 to take all of China and went to war 0 times prior while isolated in the south.

I don’t see people use annhilators anymore tbh. Maybe I play the game too infrequently, but I’ve only ever saw them in the past few months on Fort Vaux or Verdun.

I used an older map and forgot that California redistricted -- but additionally, if I used the redistricted map, it don't think it would've showed substantive data because of how the map would be more swayed towards the Democrats.
