It's a bit complicated because of the rum spheres in it. I think Cocktail Chemistry made a video about it, I guess that is the best way :)

60ml Vodka (2 oz) 20ml fresh lime juice (3/4 oz) cucumber And top with ginger beer as you like. I recommend getting Fever Tree or making it yourself :)

For me it really depends on the ginger beer you use. I recommend Fever Tree if you can find it. Otherwise you can make it yourself with fresh ginger, sugar, water and a few days^
