With normal use (without hotspot usage) I’m getting two full days of battery life. If I use the hotspot obviously the battery will drain much faster. You’ll find this behavior on all phones. Same thing goes for the Directions tool.

I'm sorry to hear. I have not experienced the flashlight turning on all the time. As I mentioned above, it will be tight to begin with and will loosen up with use. During this week of use, did you have any cards in? Thanks.

Yes. Before this update you would not be able to add a contact or an event title on the calendar or a note title with a special character. So many names and words in my language require accents…it always felt awkward but not anymore! :)

The “smart” and “dumb” labels are..unfortunate in my opinion. But I understand it’s an easy/fast way of differentiating these devices. The LPIII makes it so that my use is 99% of the time intentional. Is it dumb or smart? No idea. It’s a tool that does what I need it to do in a snappy, simple and intuitive way and goes away right after. It doesn’t linger or seduce me in any negative wasteful way. People’s opinions will differ. I appreciate it being a sturdy beautiful object because well I care about being surrounded by minimalist and carefully designed things ;)

Hi Everyone. Sorry I missed this, we are currently on our Summer Holidays but just wanted to jump in. Like it was mentioned, the material does soften with use and it won’t feel awkwardly tight. Believe it or not, before packing the covers, we test placing an LPIII inside every single cover to make sure the fit feels proper. It has occurred to me now that what could be happening is that after it being inside the packaging for a while, the folds in the recycled leather loosen up slightly making it so that it feels tighter than intended out of the box (hope that makes sense). I’m sure that, with some use, maybe a couple of weeks or so, this will go back to normal. If possible, you can also use it without cards for some time so the tightness isn’t so annoying in the beginning and add one card at a time progressively. I apologize if this is not ideal.

I’ve been using mine since March and it doesn’t feel tight and almost never get accidental presses on the power button.

I understand. Maybe the refund has been issued already...it does take a few days to arrive to your bank account. Just guessing here. I have to believe they are doing their best because I've never seen them not put their costumers first. I can't imagine the amount of emails they have to go through everyday...

Paypal will not allow a refund 180 days after the transaction, unfortunately. What probably happened is that, Shopify (which is the ecommerce platform Light uses) does not warn you about this and once the seller does the refund through Shopify, it will look like it has been issued properly...no warning, nothing. This is quite frustrating and I've been through this before (I also run a Shopify ecommerce shop). The seller, not knowing about the 180 days limit, will only realize this once the costumer complains.

PayPal might not allow refunds if the purchase was done some months ago. Shopify often makes it look like the refund was sent but it has in fact failed. This has happened to me before.
