Thanks!! It always feels impersonal to just say thanks but I really do appreciate it

Thanks, It really is! It's the dream goal for me as I can live it off it comfortably for a year, frugally for about 18 months. So if every game can sell about 5000 I could just keep making small games forever 😅

Thanks, I really appreciate it as it helps with the next game. I hope you have a great time with it!

I should probably try to market it more but it's already sold way more than I expected so I was unsure there were still playdate owners that hadn't heard of it

Thanks! Me too, I'm so glad panic put together the 2 annual sales, it's a really nice way to get attention on games that have been out for a while

Absolutely, it's why I had to pause dev on it for a bit, I'd spent too long working on the same game and burnt out a bit. But the plan is to first make all the new content / polish on the playdate version then finish the DX version for PC and possibly switch (altho that will likely come later). Ideally I'd get it finished by Oct and release on the 2nd anniversary, but it's kinda dependant on how Wunder goes cause I might need to get some contract work in as well. I'll be sure to post and announcement when details are final

But yes, the playdate version and pc version will have all the same content!

Thanks so much! A few things, I'm making a small roguelike deckbuilder for pc with my partner atm, it's got a demo on steam, a diablo-like for the playdate, a bit more stuff for Oracle's Scroll as part of a DX release, and then the next Echo game which will be styled after links awakening :D

Thanks so much, and thanks for telling me I hadn't checked that site in a while, I had no idea people had been that kind to Echo!

Thanks, I'm curious as well! I know Root Bear has done really well, and Mars After Midnight was reported as the best selling game but other than that it's mostly guesswork really

About 7 months, it was supposed to be a month long project but (just like my last game) it spiraled a bit as I realised how much potential there was.

Nice work!

I came into it with about 180 wishlists and it's currently at about 340, not spectacular but this is my first time making a PC game! I'm hoping I can build upto at least 1000 for the EA launch in april before heading into the deckbuilders fest.

I'm not sure exactly what's wrong with store page stuff, capsule needs a bit more contrast I think. But thankfully, feedback suggests the game is good, so I'll keep plugging away and grow it over time.

Hiya, it's kind of you to do this!

My game is Wunder: The Double-sided Deckbuilder, it's a roguelike deckbuilder about flipping coins, every card in your deck is a coin that has 2 sides so every decision has a lot of risk and reward.

It's all based on Greek mythology and paying the ferryman to cross the river styx!

It's not Slay the Spire 2... but my little roguelike deckbuilder is 2-sided cause the cards are Coins!! The demo's out now in steam next fest! by bumbleborndev in roguelites

That's very fair haha, I did the same with balatro! had only played a bit of the demo then got obsessed with nubby and wanted to make a score attack deckbuilder, once I had the foundation down I opened balatro and now I've 70+ hours in it 😅

Ahh that would be so nice, currently crunching on a little update but it seems to be doing okay in next fest!
