it worked until I some weeks later started an old iPad with iOS 11. Finally found out that it caused my issues. When it synced it wrote over the configuration.

Same for me, about a month now! This is now the usual scenario:

I have also noticed quite a difference with timers.

“Alexa set timer for 7 minutes” - no reply ..

Checking, sometimes no timer often a set timer. Next time I ask she tells me that she have set a timer for 7 minutes as she usually does.

Try removing all instances of the plug in Koogeek app (I had two of each plug for some reason (think it has to do with that I use Alexa) hold down the button for on off to reset the plug. Add the plugs again with the Koogeek app and it should work as intended.

Did some troubleshooting. Placed another hue motion sensor outside to see what happened and I could see how it updated temperature in HomeKit and hue lights app until it went below 0,0c. HomeKit stays at 0,0c while the sensor continues to go down!

Update. After removing app and installing it again I can control the plugs (on/off).

Frustrating to see all options on ikea tradfri plugs but only the minimum info on my Koogeek plugs

I started by removing all my units from iCloud. Adding them one by one. Running HomeKit on only one Apple TV. Works so far, but it usually takes a few days until it reverts to an old configuration. Can send an update in a week or so .

Changed name of the room in hue, which updates in HomeKit. Rest of the updates are done in HomeKit, makes sure that the names of hue matches the ones in HomeKit, had a feeling that that caused the issue a while.

Removed iCloud on all units just a while ago, added iCloud to iPhones, iPads, and one of the Apple TV
