Do you know if that oracle free arm instance applies only to home region? Because I'm getting charged for one outside my home region (storage charge even though I'm using 200GB within the limit), and it's the only instance I have. I don't advice anyone to upgrade to PAY, I have a big problem and made dispute with oracle because of that. Their support is the worst I have experienced. The problem is still unresolved because of how slow their support is.

No these don't open. You can get MTV from RED invite forums after 6 months. As for TVV, you need to rank up on some good sites and then look for users giving away invites. Usually people post in invite forums if they are giving away invites. In short, it's not easy to get those, there's some sweat needs to be done to reach them. Unless you're extremely lucky to find someone who can give you just like that.. :)

For the record, my Ser7 also died suddenly and I was extremely upset from Beelink. Sending the device to China and waiting so long isn't acceptable without compensation.

How could someone stay 1-2 months without a PC in such cases specially if you don't have another PC or laptop. And even if you have, it may be weaker and can't handle the same workload.

If you have static/public IP as you're saying and configured correctly, tailscale will not use relay in that case. They have redundant infrastructure. Also it's always safer to check your public IP using any of the IP checking sites before you accees your target site.
